Available sessions
What Can I expect from a session:
Before our in-person or remote session:
- INTAKE CALL: We'll have an initial intake call, so I can connect to you and your energy, understand any pain points and desired outcomes, and see if it's the right fit.
- NOTE: as soon as you commit to a session with me, your session has begun. You'll want to be really present with yourself in the days before our session: what feelings/triggers/drama/people are coming up for you? They are guideposts for the work we will do, so try to keep a list of what comes up for you. Even if you're really resistant, have a migraine, etc. right before the session, we encourage you to still come. Usually that clears once we identify the resistance/emotions/causes behind the feeling.
- For our initial session, we'll do an assessment of your goals and go through your history and informed consent form to get an idea of how we can best serve your healing journey.
- Usually the sessions follow a similar path: starting out with discussion of any specific goals for the session, questions, and/or things that have been happening in your life you want to address. Then, we'll move into the Somatic Experiencing or energy work portion of the session.
- Most sessions are held on zoom, but we're happy to do in-person work if you're located in Sedona, AZ or New York, NY.
- After we work together, know that our session has moved a lot of energy. It will take time for your body, mind, heart, and spirit to integrate the shifts that occurred. Integration can include some of the following (but will be personal to you, what we worked on, etc.):
- Ascension symptoms (can include, but not limited to: headache, dizziness, having increased amounts of energy, increased awareness, increased access to your gifts, heightened emotions, requiring more sleep for a few days after the session, etc.)
- Physical and emotional releases
- You might find yourself attracted to new, more higher-vibe, more aligned people and situations. Conversely you might find that toxic people and situations might leave your life.
